Lead daily operations of our flagship Taco Time location in Olympia, WA. You will oversee staff, ensure food quality standards, manage inventory, and create an outstanding dining experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast-casual or quick-service environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of 20+ employees
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets, controlling food costs, and managing labor
• Food Handler Certification required; ServSafe Manager Certification preferred

Be the heart of our kitchen. As a Line Cook or Prep Cook at Taco Time, you'll prepare fresh, authentic Mexican-inspired dishes with speed and precision. If you're passionate about food and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

• 1+ year kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system accurately
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

Help grow the Taco Time brand across digital channels. You'll manage our social media presence, run email campaigns, coordinate paid advertising, and analyse performance data to drive online orders and brand awareness throughout the United States.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
• Proficiency with social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
• Strong writing skills and an eye for visual content and brand consistency

Step into leadership as a Shift Supervisor at Taco Time. You'll assist management in overseeing daily restaurant operations, support and coach team members, ensure food safety compliance, and maintain the high standards our guests expect from every visit.

• 1+ year of supervisory or team-lead experience in food service or retail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
• Comfortable opening and closing the restaurant and handling cash management
• Food Handler Certification required within 30 days of hire
