The First Kitchen Opens

Marcus Rivera opens the original Taco Time kitchen on Pacific Ave SE in Olympia, WA — a 400-square-foot space serving just 8 items. Locals fall in love on day one.

2011

Menu Expansion & First Awards

We triple our menu offerings and win "Best Taco in Olympia" from the Thurston County Food Guide — our first of many regional accolades.

2014

Second Location Opens in Seattle

Demand grows across Washington State, and Taco Time expands to Seattle, bringing authentic taco time flavors to a whole new audience.
